The boys have never been to Charleston, SC and we decided that it was time for them to venture out. Plus, I was getting a little stir crazy at home.
We visited Fort Sumter, where a fellow Louisianian fired the first shot which started the Civil War or the War Between the States (depends on where ya’ll are from). I think the boys enjoyed the ferry ride over more than the fort. The ferry ride was extra cool when the dolphins arrived. There was one that played at the bow of the boat for a long time and others in the distance.
Let’s play “Where’s Waldo?”
We also visited Folly Beach.
He posed like this all on his own.
Alex wanted a picture with his rock.
It was a cold and windy day.
