The cure for cabin fever

We’ve been cooped up indoors for such a long time since the weather has been pretty ugly lately. Besides taking the boys out to ride the choo choo trains and carousels in the malls and play dates with our multiples group, we haven’t done much in terms of out door hikes.

It just stopped raining for a day and we decided to take them out to do our normal loop at Stone Mountain. We are so proud of them. This is the first time they’ve walked our entire loop without being held, or carted. Their fascination with all the vegetation, water and little things along the trails is the reason we keep bringing them back. This day however, their fascination soon turned to all of the water streaming down and puddles. Towards the end, they were jumping in every single puddle. They were soaked!

All they do is run away from mommy and her camera…

The boys are being helped up since water on stone = very slippery terrain.
