We decided to do two days of Magic Kingdom since the boys like roller coasters and are too short to try the other coaster theme parks. One day we will head over and try Universal Studios/ Island of Adventure when they are a little taller.
Waiting in line to ride the shuttle bus to Magic Kingdom for day two:
Don’t we all look very excited to be going back to the “Happiest Place on Earth”?
Day 2 of Magic Kingdom started with the Seven Dwarfs Mine train again. This time, we got there a little earlier and the standby line was a little shorter. It was 60 minutes instead of 90 minutes. They have little gem games that they boys could play while waiting in line.
They also had an area with water dripping down. This is how eye infections start:
Luckily, there was no eye infection.
We rode It’s a Small World, only once this trip.
We got to ride Space Mountain this day, twice. We rode it once with a Fast Past and then stood in line for the second time. I was a little worried that the boys would be scared because most of this ride was in the dark and they had to sit by themselves. Those dare devils loved it. I think it was their favorite ride. I enjoyed the second ride a lot more because I wasn’t worried about them.
We took a little break and rode the PeopleMover again.
We then headed over to Big Thunder Mountain
Main Street
We got smarter this day and went back for more fast passes. We were completely done with standing in line. We chose the fast passes based on what we could ride right then without waiting. It was sweet. We walked right in to the barnstormer.
It’s a very short ride, so the time we spent on it was justified because we didn’t have to stand in line. This is Wolfgang checking his timer on exactly how long the ride lasted.
The next fast pass was for the tea cups. We walked right into this ride without waiting too. I’m loving these fast passes.
Look how fast they’re spinning.
That was our last park ride. Then the boys wanted to ride the monorail.
I think everyone was happy to be leaving.
Alex, on the shuttle ride back to the hotel. I think he’s contemplating his fun at Magic Kingdom or Alligators in the Okefenokee the next day.
