Washington D.C. 2015

The boys’ fall break was a little later this year. Usually, we squeeze in our last beach trip where we can swim in the ocean. Fall break was mid October this year and we decided it would be a great time for a D.C. trip. We got a great deal on flights and hotel. Our hotel was along the metro line and we used the metro and walked the entire trip. They boys really liked the subway rides. They had their own cards they could swipe to get in the stations.

Our first Museum was the Museum of Natural History. I love how all of the Smithsonian Institution Museums have no entrance fee.

Then we walked around the National Mall.
