Spring Break Part I: The Okefenokee

The boys and Wolfgang met up with some friends to paddle and camp in the Okefenokee for a couple of nights. I like canoeing there for a day to photograph the alligators, but I’m not a big fan of primitive camping. I hear the phrase “WAG bag” and I’m out. I enjoyed a couple of days alone on the beach in Jacksonville, where I underestimated the sun due to the fantastic breeze and temperature, and did not apply sunscreen early enough. I BURNED badly. When I came back to get the family from the Okefenokee, I talked to another family from the Atlanta area and he asked if he could show me to his wife to prove that people with “olive” skin can burn too. They had just debated this topic the day before. Thanks dude.   IMG_4204-1 IMG_4189-1 IMG_4212-1 IMG_4217-1 IMG_4266-1

Any guesses who the crazy, loud entertainer on the trip was?IMG_4267-1
