I never take pictures of landscapes because honestly, I don’t really know how. What I see and what I capture with the camera are so vastly different. The image just turns out blah. One of my photography goals of 2014 is to get better at shooting landscapes. It will require a lot more time at the gym so I can haul the heavy tripod around. In that spirit, here are some from our trip.

I go back and forth on which black/white I like better:
