Austria Part VI: Oma, Opa, and the Stier at Tyrnauer Alm
There’s a story here. The boys love hearing how Opa scared away a bull for Oma from the house they rented. This day was overcast with some sprinkles interspersed throughout our stay. The new house in the old house’s location: Who doesn’t love a little accordion music?

Austria Part V: Lake Life
After lunch, we walked to a nearby lake to swim. It’s so beautiful there. I cannot explain or capture how beautiful the walk and the lake were. Alex hiding in a cornfield along the way.

Austria Part III: Riegersburg
We wanted to stay semi-local and decided to go to the Riegersburg Castle. We picked-up Isabella and met up with Oma and Opa. The plan was to park their car at the train station and take our 7-passenger car. We lost Opa getting to the parking area. Poor Opa got into a minor fender bender…
